This Privacy Policy explains how UpStride by KeNi Solutions (“UpStride”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through the public marketing website at up-stride.in (the “Site”).

The Site provides information about UpStride and allows visitors to contact us about demos, early access and related enquiries.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the marketing Site. It does not apply to the UpStride product application or information processed within a clinic’s UpStride account.

The Site does not store or process clinic accounts, therapy session notes, child clinical records or other clinical information. Please do not submit patient, child, medical or other sensitive health information through the Site.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to visitors to the Site and people who contact us through the Site, typically clinic owners, therapists, administrators and other adults exploring UpStride.

It does not describe how the UpStride product application processes patient, parent or therapist information within a clinic account.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you use our contact or demo form, we may collect:

• Name
• Clinic name
• City
• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Professional role
• Optional message

Submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to hello@up-stride.in.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations or early-access discussions, and provide related communications that you request.

We do not ask you to provide child patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, therapy notes, assessment results or other clinical information through the form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be processed as part of hosting, security and website analytics.

We use:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic and usage.
• Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages and improve the Site.

Where a cookie banner is shown, you can Accept or Decline. For some regions, analytics defaults start denied until you choose; for others (including India, under current settings), analytics may start allowed until you Decline. Clarity loads only after Accept.

The Site may also use cookies or similar technologies needed for basic website functionality (for example, remembering a display preference).

To change a stored cookie choice later, clear Site data for up-stride.in in your browser, or use a Cookie settings control on the Site if one is available.

Hosting

The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information as part of delivering and securing the Site.

3. How we use information

We use information collected through the Site to:

• operate and secure the Site;
• respond to enquiries and demo requests;
• communicate with people who have requested information about UpStride;
• understand website usage and improve content and performance; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Who we share information with

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the Site:

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms, depending on the service.

Some providers may process information outside India. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps intended to ensure that such processing is carried out in line with applicable legal requirements.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users or our rights.

5. How long we keep information

We retain contact and enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, conduct ordinary follow-up, maintain appropriate business records or comply with legal obligations.

6. Children and patient information

The Site is intended for adults, including clinic owners, therapists and administrators. It is not directed to children.

We do not intentionally request or require child or patient information through our marketing forms.

Please do not submit information about a child or patient through the Site.

If child or patient information is submitted accidentally, please contact us at privacy@up-stride.in and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

This section does not describe how children’s or patient information is processed within the UpStride product application.

7. Privacy requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information we hold about you.

You may withdraw or change an analytics cookie choice as described in section 2.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS). It is hosted on Vercel.

Please do not include passwords, patient information or other sensitive information when reporting a security issue.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
